Our Story
Lifetime SK Construction was founded by Kostas Sakkoulas, who grew up in Litochoro, Greece, where he first started working in construction as a laborer with his father. Moving to Brooklyn in 1988, Kostas embarked on the American dream, becoming a business owner, husband, father and active member of the community. Being in construction his entire life, he transformed a dream into a reality over the past 35+ years.
We are a licensed and insured general contracting company based in Nassau County, NY, dedicated to providing top-notch commercial and residential construction services. Whether it's retail and office build-outs, industrial renovations, large apartment exterior projects, or custom home builds and renovations, we have completed 500+ projects to date, always delivering exceptional results with clear and consistent communication.
